Product DescriptionAlessi REL-4100A 8" Wafer Prober / Probe Station, as shown. It features an X-Y-Z & Rotary 8.25" Stage, four Alessi S64-BA-35.0 Vibration Dampening Feet, and an Olympus Microscope Assembly, as shown. The microscope head has been damaged (see photos for detail). Some of the optics in the head have been damaged, and a couple of the mounts have been broken, so the head assembly will not sit securely atop the prober. The mounts look like they would be pretty easy to replace though. The prober itself looks to be in good cosmetic condition. The stage mechanics are in good shape. Sold as-is. The microscope assembly is composed of the following items: BXFM-ILHS, BXFM-F, U-5BDRE Turret, U-LGAD, U-KMAS, U-TR30-2, U-TV1 X, U-CMAD-2. |
