Product DescriptionKulicke and Soffa K&S 6491 Semi-Automatic Die Bonder. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of wear (crack on the glass) and previous use. I only have what is shown in the pictures, so this item would most likely need to be hooked up correctly. I could hear the inside fan come on and the illuminator fan come on as well, except no light displayed. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to to test properly so it is being sold as-is.
