Product Description

ALPHASEM AG DB608-PRL Die Bonder w/ Selectron Seledata MMI Control and MPS50. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of wear and previous use. It powered up as shown in the pictures, but I was unable to get anything to show up on the display. However, I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test properly so it is being sold as-is. See pictures for more details.
