It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It powers up, as shown in the photos above. We purchased it from a manufacturing company as used surplus, and it was removed from their storage facility, so it was not in service at the time we purchased it. So it may be working, but we don't have any way of testing it, and it might be best used for parts or to refurbish. Sold as-is. - Freight Cost
