Product Description

Jeol JSM-IC848 Scanning Electron Microscope, as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition. It was working when pulled from service in April 2009. It provides Top down and oblique SEM imaging (200mm capable chamber, 4.5nm resolution at 35kV; ~60,000x), digital image capture and Au sputter coating. Sold as-is.
