Product Description

Signatone Manual Wire Bonder. (Model: S-1007S) it is in good cosmetic condition, with some minor scratches and signs of use. I plugged it in, and it powered on and the lights on the buttons lit up. No further testing has been done. It comes with everything seen attached to it. It does not come with the orange table. The wafer chuck in the center is 5� in Diameter. I do not have the tools or equipment to thoroughly test this item, so it is being sold as is.
