Product Description

LSI Logic 8" Instrumented Test Wafers (s/n's 8USR60 & 8USR70), as shown. They look to be in very good cosmetic condition (the spots and discolorations on some of the close-up pictures above are not on the wafers, but are reflections on the wafers from the whiteboard that I have as the backdrop to my photo area). However, I have no way of testing them, and they are being sold as-is.
