Product Description

SRT MP1000F-IR Chip Bonder/ Rework Station, PCB. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition with some signs of wear and previous use. The bottom rail is bent and the back has some dents as well (see pictures for more details). The stage moves back and forth smoothly and was in working condition in a lab before it was removed. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item properly so it is being sold as-is. Most likely it will need some maintenance and to be hooked up properly for it to run again. It features a Leica Wild M3C stereozoom microscope with Javelin CCTV Camera along with an Omega DP80 Series controller.
