Product Description

Gaertner Scientific Corp. model L115 S Ellipsometer (s/n 1683-AK, mfd. 11/96), as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition. It features a Newport Motorized Linear and Rotary Positioning Stage and a 6" Vacuum Chuck. The stage mechanics are in good shape when the positioning dials are turned by hand. However, I do not have the cables or controller to actuate the motors. The ellipsometer powers up, and the laser emits a red beam. However, I'm not sure how to test it beyond that. I think it may need an external computer, which I do not have. It is being sold as-is.
