K&S Kulicke & Soffa Manual Wedge Wire Bonder. (Model: 4123) it is in fair cosmetic condition, with some normal signs of use. It looks like it is missing a piece right below the reset switch. I plugged it in, and it powered on. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow two to four weeks lead time for him to go through it and bring it up to factory specs. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X), as shown. This machine can be used with a heated or not-heated workholder, depending on your application. A workholder can be quoted separately.
