Prometrix Spectromap SM200/e Film Thickness System with C2C Wafer Handler and more. They look to be in very good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of wear and previous use. This whole system would need to be hooked up correctly in order to function properly. I plugged in the Spectromap and it tell me that there is "insufficient air pressure" (see pictures). I'm including a monitor and computer that was on the same pallet as the Prometrix, however I'm not sure if they belong together. I do not have the proper equipment and I really lack the knowledge to test so this lot is being sold as-is. You will receive all units shown in the pictures.
