| Product DescriptionHughes Model 2500 Automatic Die Bonder, Repair. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of wear (monitor has burn-in screen) and previous use. It does not look complete and would definitely need some maintenance. This would be great for parts/ repair. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to repair or test properly so it is being sold as-is. See pictures for more details. - Freight Cost
