Product Description

Electroglas 3001X 8-inch Wafer Prober, as shown. It looks to be in decent cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. I'm not sure how complete it is, but it comes as shown. It does not have a microscope, but it does have the 8-inch chuck. I have no way of testing this system, and it is being sold as-is.
