This item appears to be in good cosmetic condition, there are a few dings and scratches, signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up, the interior lights come on as well as lights on the operators panel. The computer powers-up and appears to go through its boot-up cycle (the hard-drive light stops flashing after a little while). When the power switch for the computer monitor is turned on, a green light appears on the unit for a few seconds and then goes to a yellow �stand-by� light. The computer screen never illuminates, possibly needing parts/repair, I am not sure. There is a Pulnix machine vision camera, with an illuminator ring attached to the head unit and a video monitor with the cross hair option. Because the computer monitor does not display I cannot get any further testing accomplished with this system. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. - Freight Cost
