Product DescriptionKarl Suss Wafer Prober / Probe Station (type 10500006, s/n 8977), as shown. It looks to be in very good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It features a 5" Vacuum Chuck atop an X-Y Positioning Stage, a Wild M3Z Zoom Microscope (6.5 to 40X) with a 1.0X Lens, a 1.5X Illuminator Module, a pair of 25X/9.5B Eyepieces, and a Leica ICA Integrated Video Module. The microscope assembly is also mounted on an X-Y-Z Positioning Assembly. All of the positioning mechanics seem to be in good shape, except the Y-Axis (front/back) of the Chuck Stage seems to come off the track at the very back of travel and needs to be pulled forward a bit to get it back on track. I don't have any cable for the Leica ICU Video Module, so I have no way of testing it. Sold as-is. |
