K&S 4123 Manual Wedge Bonder, as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow two to four weeks lead time for him to go thru it and bring it up to factory specs. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X), as shown. This machine can be used with a heated or not-heated workholder, depending on your application. A workholder can be quoted separately.
