Product DescriptionThis auction is for a Eutectic Hot Chuck Work Holder Stage with an Omega Temperature Controller, as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the display on the controller comes on, and I was able to adjust the set point, and the stage heated up successfully. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. The heated part is only 2.5 inches in diameter, but it looks like this stage can hold up to 6-inch wafers. |
