Product DescriptionThis auction is for a Hot Chuck Wafer Stage with an Omega Digital Temperature Controller, as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It powers up, and the digital display comes on, and the set point is adjustable, and the stage heats up successfully. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. The outer diameter of the cork part of the stage is about 8-1/4 inches, but only the centermost stage actually heats up, and it has an outer diameter of about 1-1/4 inches. |
