Product DescriptionThis K&S (Kulicke & Soffa) 1484 Automatic Wire Bonder (s/n 339, mfd. 11/27/89) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It powers up, and runs a self check and run thru its initialization processes, but then the display reads, "Servos Disabled / 28VDC Off / Bonder Stopped Itself / Press Emergency Stop Switch". I pressed the emergency stop switch, but then the display read, "Servos Disabled / Emergency Stop is Depressed / 28VDC Off", and then after that I couldn't get it to do anything else. I tried pressing all of the buttons and turning the dials, but it did not seem to have any effect, and the display never changed. However, this is the extent of my testing of this bonder, and it is being sold as-is. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb SZ4 Microscope Head (0.7X-3.0X) and a pair of 20X Eyepieces. - Freight Cost
