This Advanced Energy PEP-2500 Plasma RF Power Supply with Generator Interface 03-111827D01 looks to be in good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of wear and previous use. It powered up as shown, however I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test properly so it is being sold as-is. The power cord is frayed and may need to be replaced.
