Product DescriptionThis auction is for what appears to be a Hot / Cold Temperature Vacuum Wafer Chuck with an 11-inch diameter Stage, as shown. It does not have any manufacturer's labels on it. I plugged the controller box in, and the digital controller works, and the stage heats up. Only the centermost stage heats up, the one with the hole in the middle of it. I'm not certain that it is a Cold Stage also, but it has an N2 Connection on the controller, which leads me to believe that it is. However, I do not have an N2 supply to test out those functions. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition. The topmost stage had a diameter of about 11 inches. It features an Omega CN9000A Digital Controller. |
