Product Description

This K67775 Kulicke & Soffa 6490 Semi-Auto DieBonder appears to be in fair cosmetic condition with some signs of previous use. (Please see the pictures that are located above for more details.) I was able to power it on and could hear the internal fan spinning. I pressed the emergency stop button and it did illuminate as shown. This unit seems to initialize upon power up. Unfortunately I am not familiar with this unit and I lack the proper tools and equipment to further test it; therefore it will be sold as is. (Only the items shown in photos above will be included.)
