Product Description

This Applied Materials 8300 Plasma Etch Chamber looks to be in decent cosmetic condition with signs of wear and previous use. It is missing parts as shown in the pictures and is being sold as a parts/ repair system. It features an Osaka Molecular Vacuum Pump TH532 along with a High Vaccum Apparatus VAT valve (hard to read model number). There are also several AMAT modules and with various Tylan Mass Flow Controllers. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test properly so it is being sold as-is.
