Product Description

This auction is for a K&S (Kulicke & Soffa) model 4124 Universal Thermosonic Gold Ball Bonder (s/n 1154; 120V, 60Hz, 70VA), as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. We are selling this bonder as a fully refurbished and working system. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for my technician to go thru it and bring it up to factory specs. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) and a heated workholder. The microscope is set up with an E-Arm Extender, a pair of 20X eyepieces and a 0.5X Lens to provide a Long Working Distance (LWD) between the microscope and workholder.
