Product DescriptionThis Westbond 7416A Thermocompression Wedge Bonder (s/n 6881) looks to be in good cosmetic condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. It comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope and a heated workholder with a Westbond 1200A Analog Temperature Controller (the ones shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will recieve, they are shown only as examples of what a complete setup will look like). We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. The controller for the workholder can be upgraded to a 1200D Digital Controller for an extra charge. - Freight Cost
