Product Description

You are looking at an Asymtek Automated Wafer Loader (upstream), model# FSLU / PM-FSL. It appears to be in good cosmetic condition showing some signs of previous. It does power on using standard 120vac power and the table moves on all three axes. I was able to get the machine to run a program as well and the emergency stop and home functions also appear to be working. Unfortunately I do not have any way of thoroughly testing out this piece of equipment and this item is being sold untested, as is. Please note that this does not include any other parts cables or accessories.
