Product DescriptionThis lot of (3) Tokyo Electron P-8XL Wafer Probers, P-8 looks to be in decent cosmetic condition with signs of wear and previous use. One looks to be missing the 8" chuck inside, while panels are missing for all machines and prehaps other parts that I'm unaware of. The inside still looks to have some good parts, however I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test or fix properly so they are being sold as-is. This lot is being sold for Parts/ Repair.
