Product DescriptionThis Packard 500TR Series Flow Scintillation Analyzer (m/n C515F00) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it beeps when the buttons are pressed. When it first powers up, the display reads "515TR BIOS Version 3.11", and then it runs thru a series of self-tests, all of which are reported to have "PASSED". Then after the self-tests, the display reads "515TR-V3.60 # 415605 / Not Ready: Hivoltage Off". I took the top cover off to get some pictures of the inside. There is a Hivoltage switch inside, so I flipped it on, and then the display read "Alarm! - Hivoltage Tripped". Also, the pump turns on when its power switch is turned on inside the machine. However, this is the extent of my testing of this machine, and it is being sold as-is. |
