Product DescriptionThis auction is for a Hot Plate which was pulled from a Wafer Coating/Developing Track. It was working when pulled from a cleanroom environment. It powers up, and the stage heats up successfully, and the temperature remains constant when it reaches its set point. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. I think it is for use with 8-inch wafers, but the stage is actually 9 inches in diameter. It features a Watlow 988 Temperature Controller. The wafers are supposed to be inserted thru the "Slot Opening" on the back of the unit (the side opposite the controller side) by a wafer handling robot (please see our eBay store for Isel and Equipe robots).
