The label lists the model number as 7700A, but this machine has been reconfigured to be a 7416A Thermocompression Wedge Bonder, not a 7700A Ball & Wedge Bonder. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. It comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope and a heated workholder (although the ones shown in the photos above might not be the exact ones you receive). We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. |
