You are looking at a Clean Systems Korea Burn & Wet Scrubber, model# CBWS. It appears to be in good cosmetic condition showing signs of previous use. You can see in the pictures that all of the internal parts look good as well. Unfortunately I do not have any way of actually testing out this item and it is being sold untested as is.
