Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up. The fluorescent light operates. The UV light operates. The fan powers-up and operates. Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included. The bottom shelves are not included with this unit, we simply do not have them. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are 84�inches high x 82�inches wide x 35�inches deep. Due to the size/weight of this item, freight shipping arrangements will be required. Freight Shipments: Freight rate quotes are valid for 10 calendar days from the date quoted. If a cleared payment has not been received in this timeframe, the rate will expire. We reserve the right to re-quote the freight charges in the event of a payment delay.
