Product DescriptionThis Isel Robotik 10-21-0015_7200-M001 Wafer Handling Robot with built-in Controller looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It was was working when pulled from a clean-room environment. I plugged it in here at our facility, and it powered up, and the power light illuminated, and the sensor on the arm emits a red laser beam, and the arm moves around and up and down and initializes. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. |
