Product DescriptionThis Alessi Wafer Prober looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It features a 4-Axis Manual Positioning Stage (X, Y, Z and Rotary) and a 4" Vacuum Chuck. It also comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope with 10X eyepieces, as shown. The microscope optics and stage mechanics are all in good shape. It is missing the lever needed to raise and lower the prober platform, but this should be fairly easy replace. It just needs a cylindrical metal rod. Sold as-is. |
