This Karl Suss MJB3 Mask Aligner with CIC500 Power Supply looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. The system powers up, as shown in the photos above. The power supply passes its power up self tests, and reports that it is ready (rdy) after it initializes. After I pressed the start button, the display started flashing "Fire", and I could hear some clicking noises in the lamp housing, but the lamp did not appear to illuminate. The microscope illuminator lights up just fine, and the microscope optics are in good shape. It comes with one 10X objective. It’s not easy to tell what wattage the lamphouse is, but I think it is 350W. I think the system is an MJB 3 UV400. We have a manual for these systems, which we borrowed from someone, so we can’t include it with the system, but it says that the “Cold Light Mirror” #1 is exclusive to the UV400 system (350W Lamp), and that is the mirror that this system has in it. Sold as-is.
