Shipping
Buyer pays a fixed shipping and handling fee of $15.04 (for DOMESTIC shipments only - 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii and Alaska). All international shipments (including Hawaii and Alaska residents) will be quoted based on winning bidders shipping address.
