This Sloan Dektak 3030 6" Wafer Surface Profiler appears to be in good cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. We just had this unit calibrated and checked out yesterday, please see photograph of the calibration sticker. The technician that calibrated the unit, said it appears to be functioning correctly. This sale includes a power cord. Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included. It is available for inspection at our warehouse in Santa Clara, CA. Please contact me for an appointment to view/test the profiler. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are 22“inches x 18“inches x 40“inches.
