This Karl Storz Ultrasonic Litlotrite 27086C appears to be in good cosmetic condition with some signs of previous use. (Please refer to the pictures I have located above for more details.) I was able to power it on and the power indicator light illuminated as shown. I am not too familiar with this unit and lack the proper equipment needed to power on or to test this unit; therefore it will be sold as is.
