This 36" Positioning Linear Stage with Acme Type Lead-Screw appears to be in good cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The stage slides, from one end of the rail to the other, smoothly, without any binding or rough spots. The 1” inch diameter lead-screw is an Acme type and the pitch is approximately 2 revolutions per inch. There is no lead screw support/bearing on the end opposite the ½” inch diameter keyed input shaft, that support/bearing was integrated into the machine that this unit was taken from, and is NOT INCLUDED. There are four Thomson SPB 12 OPN Super Pillow Blocks mounted to the stage that ride on the ¾” inch diameter slide rails. The actual travel achievable by the stage is about 36”. Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are 5“inches x 11“inches x 47“inches.
