This West-bond 7400A Manual Ultrasonic/Thermosonic Wedge-Wedge Ribbon Bonder (s/n 9078; 115V, 1A, 50/60Hz) with tool heat looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It is being sold refurbished and in working condition, with a 30-day parts warranty (lower US 48 states only). It comes with everything shown, including an Ultrasonic Generator, a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with eyepieces, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown (the microscope, generator and workholder/controller shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive; they are shown merely to represent what a complete system will look like). Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for our technician to go thru the machine and make sure it is performing up to factory specs. A $1k deposit is required to begin refurbishment. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 24"L x 21"W x 16"H. We recommend having this system shipped in a crate, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
