This K&S (Kulicke & Soffa) model 4124 Universal Thermosonic Gold Ball Bonder (s/n 1511) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It is being sold refurbished and in working condition, with a 30-day parts warranty (lower US 48 states only). It comes with a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with 10X eyepieces, as shown (the microscope shown in the photos is not necessarily the exact one you will receive). Although not shown in the photos above, it will included a heated workholder. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for our technician to go thru the machine and make sure it is performing up to factory specs. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 26"H x 25"W x 29"L. We recommend having this system shipped in a crate. Crating charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
