This K&S (Kulicke & Soffa) model 4124 Universal Thermosonic Gold Ball Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X), a pair of 10X Eyepieces, and a heated workholder. The microscope and workholder shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive, but you will receive ones that are equivalent. We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 26"L x 24"W x 25"H.
