This K&S Kulicke & Soffa 4123 Manual Wedge Wire Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It is being sold in good working condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so please allow two to four weeks lead time for him to go through it and bring it up to factory specs. We can offer a 30-day parts warranty, but only within the contiguous 48 states. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X). The microscope shown in the photos above is not necessarily the exact one you will receive, but you will receive an equivalent one. This machine can be used with a heated or not-heated workholder, depending on your application. A workholder can be quoted separately. We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
