This system is a Mech-El 1mil Wire Vertical Feed Wedge Bonder, as shown. The label lists the model number as 907, but it is actually a 990, since it is set up with Vertical Feed. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. It comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope and a Uthe Ultrasonic Generator, as shown. We recommend having it crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer. 24"L x 20"W x 25"H.
