This Mech-El 990 Vertical Feed Wedge Wire Bonder with Tool Heat looks to be in good cosmetic condition. It features high temperature solenoids, and can be used with either 1/2 inche or 2 inch spools of wire. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. It comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope and a Uthe Ultrasonic Generator (although the ones shown might not be the exact ones you recieve, but they will be in good working condition). We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 24"L x 20"W x 25"H.
