This Veeco Sloan Technology Dektak V300-Si Surface Profiler for 12" Wafers looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the stage moves around, and the lights on the scan tower illuminate. After the system initialized and the computer fully booted up, we were able to access the Dektak software, and get it to make various scans on a wafer (please see the photos above for various screen shots). We were also able to make the scan tower move into the up and down positions, and to get the stage to move into the load and home positions. I'm not sure how to test all of this system's functions, but it appears to be doing what it is supposed to. You will likely need to have it checked out and calibrated though, if you need it to make super accurate measurements. It is available for inspection at our warehouse in Gilroy, CA. This system is being sold as-is.
