This KLA Instruments KLA1007-47 Semi-Automatic Wafer Prober System appears to be in good cosmetic condition, with signs of wear and previous use. I connected the unit to power, unfortunately, the only response I received was a temporary sound from the power source (bottom right of the unit) as if it did want to turn on. The unit has a 6¼” gold chuck with three wafer lift needles. However I lack the knowledge and proper equipment needed to formally test this unit; therefore it will be sold as is. (Please see pictures for more details). Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 36"x40"x51"
